Notice to Patients:

Dear Patient:

 Donna M Stawasz, MD will be leaving Webhannet Internal Medicine, PA as of March 20, 2010.  We will miss the excellent medical care she has provided over the past four years.  We would like to continue providing you with high quality medical care after she leaves.  We know that changing physicians can be a difficult experience, even within the same medical group.  We will try to make this change as comfortable for you as possible.  Mary Margaret and Lauren will still be with us and can help ease the transition.

 
We expect to have a new physician join us this Summer.  We will write you with information about the new physician when this becomes definite.  Until the new physician arrives we will continue to provide your needed medical care.  If you have an appointment scheduled with Dr Stawasz for after March 20th, we will be contacting you soon to reschedule it.  Please call with any questions or concerns you have.

We are currently implementing a new medical records program.  During this process we may ask for additional copies or your insurance cards.  Please also remember to bring a copy of your Medicare Part D card to your appt.

We are now able to submit many prescriptions electronically to your pharmacy.  We will be updating the pharmacy preferences for all patients.  Please make us aware of your preferred local pharmacy as well as any mail order pharmacies that you use.
